BOOK 'N' BOOGIE
The Boogie Nights Dance-floor beckons...
Celebrating the music and moves from the halcyon days of disco, funk, boogie and soul, Boogie Nights Dance creates a feel-good space to unleash your inner disco god/goddess. In each class or workshop we will wrap you in our sparkly lurex embrace and embark on a boogie voyage like no other to get your hips movin’ and hearts groovin’ with a series of short dance phrases and a mini routine suitable for absolute beginners and disco aficionados alike. If you dig it then shimmy on over, reap a full body workout and get on down like nobody (or everybody) is watching.
All available dates and locations are listed below. To book your session and see all dates, keep scrolling. Groovy! For all other current work-shops, find them at Boogie News.
Boogie Nights Dance is also available for on demand workshops to glitz up your workplace lunch hour or bring some disco magic to your next big event. For all workshop booking enquiries, write to us here.
What to bring?
Your fine self, a bottle of water, and a can-disco attitude.
Anything from your usual exercise threads to fully fledged Bee-Gees. (The latter is certainly encouraged but the emphasis is on you to feel comfortable and able to move). There will also be a mystery box of boogie accessories at the door for those who are seeking some extra outfit pizazz.
Casual boogie: $18
Payments can be made either with cash or card prior to the commencement of class.
So you wanna get down with us? Right on! Just fill in the fields below to book your session and you'll be shakin' your groove thang quicker than you can say Earth, Wind and Fire.
We accept bookings and walk-ins are welcome but please be aware that spaces are limited. We don't want any eyes lost to a fellow groover's misplaced hip thrust. All disco divas must have space to unleash! Currently classes are only available to participants 18+.
While at Boogie Nights Dance we will do our absolute best to prevent any injuries to class participants, Boogie Nights Dance accepts no responsibility for personal injury. Each class requires a level of physical activity and therefore participants engage in the classes at their own risk and must ensure that they feel mentally and physically fit to participate.
